Guidewire Developer

Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement Guidewire applications, with a focus on Policy Center, Billing Center, and Integration modules. Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to understand and refine business requirements. Configure Guidewire applications according to business needs, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards. Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) activities. Identify and troubleshoot issues, providing timely resolutions to ensure system stability and performance. Collaborate with integration teams to design and implement seamless integrations between Guidewire and other systems. Document technical specifications, design decisions, and code changes for future reference and knowledge sharing. Stay updated with Guidewire platform updates, enhancements, and best practices to continuously improve application development processes and methodologies. Requirements:
Minimum of - years of relevant experience working with Guidewire Policy Center, Billing Center, and Integration (ACE certified). ACE certification in Guidewire Policy Center and/or Billing Center is highly preferred. Proven experience as a Guidewire Developer, with expertise in Policy Center, Billing Center, and Integration modules. Strong proficiency in Java/JEE development and object-oriented programming concepts. Experience with Guidewire configurations, including data model configuration, screen configuration, and business rules implementation. Hands-on experience with Guidewire integration mechanisms, such as Web services, batch processes, and messaging frameworks. Familiarity with Guidewire application architecture, including configuration files, modules, and plug-ins. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex business requirements to design effective solutions. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Experience working in Agile development environments is a plus. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
