The Role:
We're on the hunt for a GuerrillaSoftware AI Engineer - a rare breed of engineer who combines the spirit of innovation, the skill of a hacker, and the tenacity of a guerrilla warrior. You will be part of a select team dedicated to tackling our industry's most challenging problems with speed, precision, and daring ingenuity.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement cutting-edge AI models and algorithms that defy conventional limits.
  • Rapidly prototype and iterate on innovative solutions to complex problems.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team to brainstorm and execute daring software solutions.
  • Continuously learn and adapt, using any means necessary to achieve objectives with efficiency and creativity.
  • Engage in code warfare, utilizing your deep understanding of AI, machine learning, and software engineering to outmaneuver challenges and competitors.
  • Champion the development of high-quality, robust, and scalable AI-driven applications from conception to deployment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, machine learning, or a related field. Exceptional candidates without a degree but with proven track records are also welcome.
  • Demonstrable experience in AI, machine learning, deep learning, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in multiple programming languages (C/C++, Go, Rust, Ada,assembly varietiesetc.) and familiarity with AI.
  • A hacker's mindset with a guerrilla's adaptability - not afraid to take unconventional paths to achieve goals.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, capable of thinking outside the box and tackling challenges head-on.
  • A track record of successful, innovative, and impactful projects in software development.
  • Strong communication skills, both for internal collaboration and for presenting revolutionary ideas.
  • Resident in a Nordic country (Sweden, Norway, Denmark or Finland)

Value-added Qualifications:

  • Experience with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Familiarity with Cloud Services: Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure for AI services and data processing can be beneficial for scalable projects.
  • Contributions to Open Source Projects: Active participation in open source projects, especially those related to AI, machine learning, or innovative software solutions, demonstrating a commitment to the community and collaborative innovation.
  • Experience with Distributed Computing: Understanding of and experience with distributed systems can be crucial for scaling AI solutions and handling large datasets efficiently.
