Separation Scientist

Hobson Prior is seeking a Separation Scientist for a role focused on high throughput and automated purification. This role involves hands-on work in a lab setting, using advanced techniques to analyze and purify compound.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide practical support in separation science.
• Use automated methods to analyze and purify new compounds using techniques such as Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS) and High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC).
• Ensure the reliability, performance, and quality of data from analytical instruments and automation platforms.

Requirements

• A degree in Chemistry or Analytical Chemistry.
• Knowledge of Chromatography techniques (HPLC, HPLC-MS).
• Experience working in a lab with analytical chemistry and/or automation techniques.
• Familiarity with LC Software.
