Your future role
As Commodity Leader, you will report to the Commodity Manager for consulting commodity (based in Saint-Ouen, France)
You will get to work with teams across all company functions as well as our worldwide network of indirect procurement experts.
You’ll specifically take care of procurement for Finance & Tax, Sourcing & Supply Chain, Strategy, CSR, EHS, IP, Innovation (non-exhaustive list) Consulting and Professional Service, by helping with the elaboration and implementation of proper strategies to ensure savings, panel compliancy rate, contract coverage, supplier excellence as well as smooth P2P process.
We’ll look to you to:
- Actively participate to commodity strategy and panel elaboration
- Show a strong involvement and implement Indirect Procurement commodity strategies on Consulting Services
- Support and challenge our Indirect Procurement network worldwide and ensure compliance with commodity strategy and company processes and standards
- Actively participate to challenge our Procurement KPIs and lead savings plan
- Manage operational needs for Global and HQ requests : full call for tender process (from supporting requesting teams with the drafting of specifications to launching request for proposals, negotiating on pricing and other contract terms and ensuring smooth P2P process)
- Manage global panel providers (Business Reviews, set up of Global Framework Agreements, etc.)
- Be responsible for commodity QCDT and supplier performance management
- Provide regular reporting on supplier performance reviews, process compliance, contract mapping, etc.

- Business School or University Master’s degree with specialization in Purchasing
- Minimum of three years of significant experience in purchasing, ideally in indirect procurement
- Some market knowledge of the commodity or similar commodities (intellectual services)
- Ability to negotiate contracts (understanding of legal clauses and their implications)
- Fluent in English and French
- Excellent interpersonal skills (leadership, communication, ability to convince and work with top management)
- Indirect procurement mindset
- Team spirit in a multicultural environment
- Pragmatic and result oriented
