Duration of the assignment:

We are looking for an hourly employee to help drive our growth and further global expansion. We will need you to be able to work on site in Malmö at least 4 days / week during. The role is primarily located at our Sony Malmö office.

The role:

In this role, you will be a crucial player who will work with customers and the extended operations team, including our project managers abroad and with our partners. You will join our operations team as hourly worker. You will also play a vital part in ensuring seamless customer experiences by creating map illustrations, configuring customer environments and assisting with installations at customer sites. There is a possibility of working in our customer support as a technical support representative.

You will:

Create clear and visually appealing map illustrations for customer projects. Utilize relevant tools and software to produce accurate representations. Collaborate with our project managers to configure customer environments. Ensure optimal settings for seamless integration and functionality. Prepare hardware components for customer installations. Ensure all equipment is functional, labeled, and ready for deployment. Work closely with customer project managers during installations. Assist with setup, testing, and troubleshooting at customer sites. Assist with execution of test cases prior releasing new apps and features. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, ensuring prompt resolution.

About you:

We are looking for a positive, service minded, structured person with a “nothing is impossible” mindset. With great communication and collaboration skills. You enjoy technology, you are meticulous, and you are a person who can work closely with the extended operations team as well as customer´s IT departments.


You are also:

interested in working with digital solutions at a fast-growing company independent, solution-focused and results-oriented fluent in written and spoken English and Swedish familiar with cloud-based computer systems and software allowed to work in Sweden, a valid work permit for Sweden will be required by all non-Swedish applicants.

On the wish list: 

Have a valid Swedish driver's license for standard cars (B-körkort). Experience in application development. Experience working within technical support. Moderate level of reading and writing Japanese
