Belmont Lavan Ltd is seeking a Teknikinformatör to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation that supports the development and implementation of our products and services. Your ability to clearly communicate complex technical information to a variety of audiences is crucial.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Producing high-quality technical documentation, including user manuals, installation guides, and release notes.
• Collaborating with engineers and product managers to gather and analyze technical information.
• Ensuring documentation accuracy and consistency throughout updates and revisions.
• Utilizing various formats and tools to present information clearly and effectively.
• Maintaining documentation in a structured manner to facilitate easy access and updates.
• Conducting reviews and revisions of documentation based on feedback from users and stakeholders.
• Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in technical communication.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical writing and a deep understanding of technical concepts, with the ability to convey this information in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical writing or information development.
• Strong proficiency in technical documentation tools (e.g., MadCap Flare, Adobe RoboHelp, Microsoft Office).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Swedish and English.
• Ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into user-friendly documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Experience working in an Agile or collaborative environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with software development, engineering processes, and product lifecycle management.
