Om rollen

För att möta den ökade efterfrågan från våra kunder förstärker vi nu vårt sälj- och arkitektteam inom Cloud och Managed Services. Vi söker en erfaren Account Manager som kommer att ta huvudansvaret för ett antal befintliga kunder och inte minst hitta nya affärsmöjligheter på nya kunder inom IT-drift, Outsourcing och Cloud. Målgruppen är medelstora och stora företag och organisationer.
I rollen kommer du att arbeta tätt tillsammans med ett mycket erfaret och starkt team bestående av Lösningsarkitekter, Service Delivery Managers, Bid Managers och Teknikspecialister, vilka stöttar dig i dialogen med Kund och genomförandet av identifierade affärsprojekt.

Placeringsorten är Stockholm men resor inom Sverige ingår i tjänsten. Du rapporterar till Head Of Managed Cloud Services Sales i Sverige.

Din bakgrund

Du behöver ha flera års dokumenterad erfarenhet och framgång inom Key Account Management och komplex tjänsteförsäljning med inriktning mot infrastruktur, Cloud och driftsrelaterade tjänster.

I tjänsten kommer du bland annat att ha dialog med utpekade kunders CXO vilket ställer stora krav på ditt affärsmannaskap och förmåga att sätta dig in i kundens verksamhet. Du behöver även ha ett tekniskt kunnande på en övergripande nivå då vi även kommer i kontakt med arkitekter och tjänsteansvariga hos våra kunder.

Som person

Du drivs av att hjälpa våra kunder, göra lönsamma affärer och bidra till Proacts tillväxt. Du är utåtriktad och har förmågan att skapa goda relationer på alla nivåer. Du tycker om att arbeta i team för att skapa bästa resultat. Du är strukturerad, handlingskraftig och har en förmåga att se såväl viktiga detaljer som helheten. Du behöver ha förmågan att snabbt kunna knyta kundens frågeställningar till Proacts stora kapacitet att förse dem med svaren. I rollen ingår att leda såväl kundteam som affärsprocesser vilket ställer krav på goda ledaregenskaper. Du kommunicerar obehindrat i tal och skrift på såväl svenska som engelska.
