The role of Digital Business Manager is one of the crucial roles within the Digital organization. You will be reporting to the Head of Digital Development and, together with a team of Product Managers and Product Owners, be responsible for creating, compiling, and driving activities that meet the overall shift to digital roadmap for Telia online.
Responsibilities:
Visualize the digital roadmap and co-create KPI’s together with the digital team and stakeholders, as well as follow up on expected business outcomes. Stakeholder management with reporting and transparent communication on roadmaps and plans. Identifying process improvements and optimizing work flows to minimize barriers to execution In an agile way align and synch with the various business units/stakeholder areas to together with Online Product Management prioritize the tasks and development needs on an overall level, for our online channels. Driving the digitalization in accordance with the overall goals of Telia Sweden B2B as well as in alignment with Omni and digital standards governance. Champion a design- and insights driven development process that enables delivery of innovative and customer centric digital products and services.Is this you?

Your experience:
Skilled project manager with track record of delivering results Able to create stakeholder clarity and roadmaps as well as converting tasks into actual business results Ability to lead and provide directions to stakeholders and utilize the range of the possibilities of the digital landscape. In depth understanding of both the online landscape as well as customer and market preferences and expectations. A drive for result and an ability to coordinate stakeholder maps, discuss with cross functional experts, business personnel and financial experts to determine best in class solutions for digitalization of Telia B2B. Knowledge and understanding of digital framework and technology frameworks relevant to customer touchpoints and digital ecosystems. Experience in development of customer centric work processes or agile frameworks (SAFe is a plus) Telia is more than a workplace
