About the IT Operations team We are a group of enthusiastic and social individuals who believe in harnessing our diverse backgrounds and experiences to create a dynamic, fun and successful work environment. About the role As an IT Technician, you provide excellent IT support to Trustly Europe's employees. You will collaborate closely with other teams to ensure a smooth, efficient, and user-friendly IT environment. Emphasizing automation, you will continuously work towards improving the team and our way of working through long-term initiatives

What you’ll do

Manage incoming requests and provide fellow employees in-person and/or remote hardware and software support Maintain all IT-related equipment in our offices Administration and support of Google Workspace, JAMF, Okta, Slack and other software owned by IT Play a key part when onboarding, re-boarding and off-boarding employees in Trustly Support & Troubleshoot macOS and iOS (Apple ecosystem)

Who you are

3+ years of experience working in a helpdesk environment and Skilled in how to educate people on system-related matters Service mindset, communicative, organised and ambitious individual who is used to working independently and proactively Collaborating well with others and thriving in a fast-paced environment is what you are looking for Experience in customer-focused support, in person and remote, to help Trustly employees solve technical problems A growth mindset and curiosity are what defines you - you may not have the answer, but you know how to find it Passionate about diving into new technologies and tools Please note that this is a fixed term contract from July 2024 to March 2024.
