About the Role

We are looking for an QA/QC Engineer to provide expert knowledge and support for our heat pump systems. In this role, you will be the primary expert, responsible for resolving complex technical issues and challenges.

As a key contributor, you’ll have the opportunity to influence our development and collaborate closely with our software and hardware development teams, as well as with our offices in the UK, Germany, and Italy.

What you will be doing

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex heat pump issues and support product specialists and technicians in the UK, Germany, and Italy.

• Analyse data, graphs, and system behaviour to identify the root cause for different behaviours.

• If needed, assist with conducting lab and analyse field tests.

• Communicate technical findings clearly, write guides, and create detailed documentation to share knowledge across the company.

• Provide both hardware and software support, ensuring seamless integration of the two.

• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve technical issues related to hardware and software on their side.

What we would like you to have

• Knowledge of heat pumps or similar systems such as would be a plus

• Solar panels and battery solutions for the home environment
• Basic understanding of software
• Refrigeration technology

• Analytical mindset with the ability to critically assess information and develop practical solutions.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical issues clearly.

• Eagerness to continuously learn and grow as a subject-matter expert.

• Ability to create documentation and guides to educate others within the organisation.

• Possibility to visit the offices in Stockholm, Great Britain, Germany and Italy for training and information exchange.
