Uppdraget som Projektledare
I rollen som projektledare ingår du i ett team som arbetar med konsulting, support och drift av IFS hos företagets kunder. Exempel på uppdrag kan vara att du blir ansvarig för att leda ett team av konsulter och utvecklare för att uppgradera kundens befintliga systemlösning eller implementera en ny lösning inom IFS. Du kommer vara involverad i alla faser - från intern planering och införsäljning till projektavslut hos kunden samt överlämning till förvaltning.

Det är en varierande roll som innefattar många olika typer av projektuppdrag, där du kommer ha många kontaktytor både internt och externt i form av kunder, kollegor och systemleverantörer. Du kommer exempelvis ha kontakt med systemleverantören IFS men också kundens andra leverantörer.

Arbetsuppgifter

Leda projekt vid implementationer och uppgraderingar av IFS, enligt våra anpassade projektprocesser Genomföra och leda förstudier av kundens affärssystem Skapa projektplaner samt leda och fördela arbetet inom projektorganisationen mot ett gemensamt mål Budget- och resultatansvar inom projektet Arbeta för att skapa och utveckla goda samarbeten mot företagets kunder

Tjänsten som projektledare kan innebära tjänsteresor inrikes såväl som utrikes.

Egenskaper och bakgrund
Du har en vilja och naturlig fallenhet att förstå kundens processer, behov och utmaningar samt är intresserad av att leda förändringsarbete. Vidare tycker du om att göra ditt yttersta för att ge kunden extra värde, vilket skapar förutsättningar för långsiktiga relationer.

Du är självgående, flexibel, resultatinriktad och ett organiserat arbetssätt ligger i din natur. Att ha en god samarbetsförmåga är en viktig byggsten för att lyckas som projektledare. Dina egenskaper och din ambition är lika viktiga som din bakgrund.

Vi söker dig som

Har erfarenhet av att IFS implementationsprojekt Har en högskoleutbildning inom IT exempelvis inom systemvetenskap eller datavetenskap. Vi ser även att du kan ha förvärvat motsvarande kunskap i arbetslivet Har flera års erfarenhet inom ERP-projektledning Har mycket goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska i både tal och skrift

Det är meriterande om du har:

Erfarenhet av IFS projektmetodik Erfarenhet av projektmodellen PPS eller liknande Certifiering inom projektledning
