As our Finance Development Manager for Northern Europe, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring that our cutting-edge products reach the people who need them most.

What You’ll Do:

As the Regional Finance Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the success of our Flex Financial products and solutions in Northern Europe. Your mission? To optimize revenue, enhance market share, and solidify our brand’s position in the market. You’ll be the go-to expert for asset-based financing and complex transactions, guiding our sales and marketing teams to new heights.

Strategic Leadership: You’ll craft and execute business plans, making sure our financial strategies are perfectly aligned with our sales goals.

Innovative Solutions: Be the mastermind behind creative financial products that meet the needs of our customers and keep us ahead of the competition.

Collaboration at Its Best: Work closely with divisional and regional managers, providing training and support to maximize the impact of Flex Financial solutions.

Your Qualifications:

A solid background in finance, with at least 5+ years of experience in leasing, equipment financing, or medical device sales.

Expertise in financial products, accounting regulations, pricing practices, and asset finance.

A proven track record of success in a similar role, preferably in a medical equipment leasing company or the financing division of a medical manufacturer.

An innate drive to develop new business & create new financing opportunities

Fluency in English, with additional languages being a bonus.

Exceptional analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills.

Outstanding communication abilities – you’ll be the point of contact for key stakeholders, so your ability to convey complex ideas clearly is essential.

Work-type: Remote

Travel Percentage: 30%

Location: Any main Northern European Stryker location, including Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden
