Waiter, Waitress

Eataly Stockholm is looking for additional staff to join our restaurant team.

About us:

Eataly is the world’s largest artisanal Italian food and beverage marketplace. Founded in 2007 in Turin, Eataly shares “made in Italy” on a global scale through high-quality, authentic products and the stories of their local producers.

Main tasks:

Greets guests and presents them the menu. Informs guests of specials and menu changes, makes suggestions, and answers questions regarding food, beverages, allergies and service

Coordinating the entire service and communicating with front and back-of-the-house personnel to provide a dining experience that meets or exceeds guest expectations

Presents, recommends wine to guests

Ensures guests are satisfied with food and service

As an ambassador of Eataly products and services, the waiter/waitress contributes to creating a quality experiences for each guest that comes to our restaurants

Adheres to Eataly Stockholm’s procedures, policies, expectations and quality standards

Requirements:

Knowledge of the sequence of service and dining room procedures, generally involving a minimum of three years as a waiter/waitress

Excellent communication skills

Very good knowledge of English

Good Knowledge of Swedish

Ability to use POS, cash register, wine key, trays

Availability for working during evenings and weekends

Ability to work in a team and under pressure
