Das deutsche Solarentwicklungsteam innerhalb der Business Unit Solar & Batteries sucht ab sofort einen engagierten Senior Project Manager Solar für unser schnell wachsendes deutsches PV-Geschäft.
Die Business Unit Solar & Batteries ist Teil von Vattenfalls Business Area Wind, die für Vattenfalls Aktivitäten im Bereich erneuerbare Energien in den Bereichen Wind, Photovoltaik und Batteriespeicher verantwortlich ist. Wir sind für die Entwicklung von Solar- und Batteriesystemen in großem Maßstab verantwortlich und verfolgen das Ziel, durch rentable Solar- und Batteriesysteme ein Leben ohne fossile Brennstoffe innerhalb einer Generation zu ermöglichen. Um dieses Ziel zu erreichen, ist die BU entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette tätig, von der frühen Entwicklungsphase bis zum Betrieb.
Das Hauptaugenmerk der BU liegt auf einem starken Wachstum des Solarportfolios in Deutschland und den Niederlanden. In Deutschland haben wir eine PV-Pipeline von über 3 GW, die weiter wächst. Das Solar Development Team ist für die erfolgreiche Entwicklung von Solarprojekten verantwortlich, von der Frühphase bis zur Investitionsentscheidung und der Sicherung von Landpacht, Genehmigungen, Einnahmen, Netzanschluss und Beschaffung bei gleichzeitiger Unterstützung durch alle relevanten Stakeholder und einem gesunden Business Case.
Senior Project Manager Solar (Hamburg, Berlin)

Die Position im Allgemeinen: Helfen Sie mit, ein deutsches Large Scale Solar Projektportfolio aufzubauen. Darüber hinaus haben Sie die Möglichkeit, eine treibende Kraft bei der Gestaltung der zukünftigen Energielandschaft zu sein.
Verfolgung von Projektkontakten und Management von Joint Development Kooperationen für die Entwicklung von PV-Parks (Scouting neuer Möglichkeiten, Analyse der Eignung vorgeschlagener neuer Flächen, Unterstützung des Kooperationspartners bei der Sicherung von Landpositionen, Genehmigungen), Vorbereitung von Auktionsangeboten und allem, was für die endgültige Investitionsentscheidung notwendig ist Führung und Aufbau von Beziehungen zu Landbesitzern, Projektentwicklern und Dienstleistern Verhandlungen mit Grundstückseigentümern und Behörden, Initiierung entsprechender Studien und Vorantreiben des Genehmigungsverfahrens Leitung und Koordinierung von Projekten, einschließlich externer Zulieferer, im Hinblick auf Zeit, Kosten, Umfang und erforderliche Qualität Übernahme einer führenden Rolle bei kommerziellen und technischen Verhandlungen und Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung von Projektfinanzierungslösungen Aufbau, Abstimmung und Pflege guter, langfristiger Beziehungen zu allen anderen an der Projektentwicklung beteiligten Abteilungen Mitwirkung an der Förderung einer sicherheitsbewussten, energiegeladenen und motivierten Organisation und einer Kultur des Unternehmertums, der Kreativität, der Integrität und der professionellen Teamentwicklung.

Your profile
Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Erfahrung und eine nachweisbare Erfolgsbilanz in der PV-Entwicklung. Zusätzlich überzeugen Sie mit den folgenden Fähigkeiten und Kompetenzen:
Flexibles, selbständiges Arbeiten mit einem hohen Maß an Energie und Leistungsbereitschaft Ausgezeichnete Projektmanagementfähigkeiten (in Bezug auf Organisation, Ressourcenmanagement, persönliche Führung, Projektökonomie und Zeitmanagement) mit der Fähigkeit, Prioritäten zu setzen und unter Druck zu arbeiten Ausgeprägte zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten, ausgezeichnete Teamfähigkeit und die Fähigkeit, langfristige Beziehungen zu allen Interessengruppen aufzubauen und zu entwickeln Fähigkeit, sich problemlos an unterschiedliche Umgebungen anzupassen (politische Interessengruppen, Landwirte, Regierungsbeamte, Geschäftspartner) und mit diesen unterschiedlichen Gegebenheiten umzugehen Kreative, problemlösende und ergebnisorientierte Denkweise Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, insbesondere das Verfassen von Berichten und die Analyse und Präsentation komplexer technischer Sachverhalte in einem klaren, prägnanten Format Spezifische Erfahrungen mit der Bauleitplanung in Deutschland Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau, fließendes Englisch ist zudem erforderlich Der erfolgreiche Bewerber muss bereit sein, zu reisen und gelegentlich außerhalb der Bürozeiten zu arbeiten Akademischer Abschluss - in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Recht, Betriebswirtschaft, Ingenieurwesen oder Ähnlichem
