Head of Enterprise Architecture

We’re now looking for a passionate Head of Enterprise Architecture, who combines business understanding with broad future-proof architectural competence. Data, AI and Cloud are not just trendy terms for us, they are essential parts of our strategy change journey and need to fit with our existing architectural landscape – and this is where you come in

Your mission
In this position, you lead our transformation according to our visionary. You’re in charge of developing and implementing our business architecture, making sure it matches our digital strategy. Your role is crucial in adopting new technologies and managing ERP implementation throughout our organization. You also have an important role in reinforcing and governing the enterprise architecture within Coromant, coordinating the business strategy with our architecture landscape – from business and information architecture to application and technology architecture. As well, in our decentralized model, it’s essential to operate across different levels at the same time as supporting the overall vision ad simultaneously ensuring our success

Other important parts of your mission include:

Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation strategy. Lead the design and implementation of business architecture to support strategic goals. Manage the ERP implementation process, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption. Stay abreast of new technologies and trends, incorporating them into our business model. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency. Provide leadership and direction to the EA team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

The location for this position is either Sandviken or Stockolm. Travelling is a natural part of the job.

Your profile

We’re looking for someone with an academic background and senior experience within Enterprise Architecture. You’re curious and self-going, and at the same time structured and analytical. You have a proven track record of an empowering, responsive, and inspiring leadership, that creates commitment in the team. Together with your team, you play a pivotal role in shaping our architectural landscape, ensuring alignment with strategy, business objectives and operational efficiency. With your excellent and professional way of communicating and collaborating, you easily influence and support our key stakeholders
