We are looking for a Supply Chain Developer for our Electronics Sourcing division. This key role is at the heart of managing our complex Tier N supply chain, ensuring we meet customer demands with resilient supply chain solutions. If you’re driven by improvements, thrive on finding new efficient ways of working within sourcing and with suppliers, then you might be the one we’re looking for 

The Role 

As a Supply Chain Developer, you’ll be part of our global, category-managed sourcing team, responsible for the inbound supply flow to our plants and central warehouse. You’ll tackle immediate supply issues and continuous supply improvement projects, working closely with external suppliers and logistics departments. You’ll perform supply analysis and take proactive actions to optimize the inbound supply flow according to our defined strategy. 

Your role will include, but not be limited to: 

Owning and driving improvement activities to reach KPI targets. 

Participate in Supplier Relationship Management meetings and taking initiative to improve delivery performance for external suppliers. 

Drive ‘Back on Track’ activities within supply and monitoring suppliers to implement recovery plans. 

Support major supply chain risk management projects and acting as a project coordinator for defined projects. 

Proactively detecting and avoiding potential supply deviations for tier 1 and major Tier N supply chains. 

Driving and monitoring supplier improvement projects, reducing throughput lead times, lot sizes, production planning, and priority settings. 

What we expect from you 

A bachelor’s or master’s degree from a technical field or equivalent professional experience. 

A few years of experience within sourcing, call-off, or supply development. 

Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Experience with SAP, SuccessFactors, (or similar) and Microsoft Office package. 

Knowledge of additional languages is a plus. 

Experience working in an international setting is an advantage.

Location
Stockholm, Sweden or possibly at the production site in Tierp with frequent travels to Stockholm.
