Required experience

We are looking an experienced Scrum Master to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record working in Agile environments and driving successful project delivery using Scrum methodologies. As a Scrum Master will be responsible for facilitating the Scrum process and ensuring that the team is working effectively and efficiently deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.

 

Responsibilities:

·         Facilitate the Scrum process and ensure that the team is following Agile principles and practices.

·         Collaborate with the Team Product Owner to prioritize and manage the product backlog.

·         Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and practices.

·         Ensure that the team is working effectively and efficiently to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.

·         Identify and remove obstacles that may be hindering the team's progress.

·         Coordinate with other Scrum Masters and teams to ensure cross-functional coordination and alignment.

·         Facilitate Scrum events such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

·         Monitor and report on key Agile metrics such as team velocity and burn-down charts.



Requirements

Qualifications:

·         Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

·         Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.

·         Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.

·         In-depth knowledge of Agile principles and Scrum methodologies.

·         Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.

·         Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

·         Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

·         Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps is a plus.

Meritorious experience / expertise
