Foundational products

What you will do

Your mission will be to turn the product roadmap defined by the Digital Product Manager (DPM) and Digital Product Area Owner (DPAO) into working deliverables in the team backlog, aligned with the overall strategy and product vision. You will be the member of the stable team responsible for managing the team backlog. 
You will be part of the EDI Collaboration team, within API & Integration, Foundational Products, gathering and providing needs of new development and roll-out B2B Services to ensure that Business needs are full filled. 

You are a professional, leading, and contributing in planning and delivering business-driven integration solutions within Volvo Group. 
 

Key Responsibilities:

The Digital Product Owner, EDI PRD:

Manage the team backlog (Features and User stories).Ensure that the backlog is visible, transparent, and understood.Secure that the digital product is developed and maintained in compliance with given architecture, security requirements, and digital product strategy until decommissioning is completed.Manage dependencies and collaborate with other teams and business partners, as needed.In partnership with DPM, secure that team regularly collects feedback on implemented work with the different levels of user groups.Contribute to digital product roadmap and capacity planning.Clarify team purpose, strategy and business priorities in partnership with DPM.Responsible for team and culture development to secure proper capacity and capability for its delivery.

Who are you?

The successful candidate would have a proven track record in product-oriented work, a strong team collaboration and coordination abilities in ambiguous environments. Excellent communication and presentation skills, along with a curiosity and eagerness to learn new tools and technologies, are essential. A University exam or bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
You are competent in the requirement management process and coordination in larger projects, programs, or Epics, at more senior level and may lead pre-studies.

You support the business in prioritization the scope in selecting/designing optimal Process & IT solutions based on stakeholder requirements and end user needs. At more senior level develop process specializations to function as domain expert.
You know the EDI standards that exists globally for B2B integrations (ANSI/X12, EDIFACT, PEPPOL etc.) 

You Develop solutions for B2B integrations according to principles and EDI guidelines.
