You will become an important part of the Architecture & Security Center of Excellence, who has the strategic and tactical ownership and responsibility of architecture and security. This is your chance to work closely together with our with our eminent solution architects and security consultants in the different domains and subBU´s.

Placement: Göteborg, Malmö, Stockholm

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Your main task is to define the target architecture and help the organization to adopt and transform the IT-landscape, as well as creating a transition architecture for the business unit. Understanding existing systems, application lifecycles, and emerging business requirements, you will define the digital roadmap to deliver new digital products & platforms while also modernizing legacy applications.

Furthermore, you will:
• Work on establishing a technology roadmap and strategies while optimizing digital roadmaps, to consolidate platforms where possible, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with solution architects, and guide project teams during the implementation of new digital solutions, to make decisions on technical design and architecture.
• Develop a strong capability map connected to the business needs.
• Work with Business requirements and the conceptual architecture
• Take responsibility for the architecture and security of our container platform roadmap

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

You are socially skilled and great at building the right formal and informal networks. We believe that you are team building and team-player oriented, yet self-driven and able to deliver in a self-mannered way. It’s important that you are able to focus on the long-term target, but also able to guide and deliver on short term, meeting the long-term vision.

• Bachelor’s degree within relevant field
• More than five years of experience in defining technology platform governance, enterprise and solution architectures, and roadmaps
• Strong familiarity with business and information architecture and capability mapping.
• Strong capabilities of cloud-based computing (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
• Experience in building multi-year strategies that balance platform modernization and innovation
• Ability to define how systems can work together effectively and map to business strategies into a cohesive “big picture” plan to advance digital strategy.
• Have a good understanding of microservices and container platforms
