Du blir närmast en del av vår IT-avdelning. Vi har ett stort ansvar för att säkerställa att våra 800 användare på 20 kontor kan arbeta sömlöst och effektivt. 

Din roll och ditt uppdrag

Som Senior Infrastructure Engineer kommer du att ha en central roll i att säkerställa att vår IT-infrastruktur stöder . Du kommer att ansvara för att förbättra och optimera vår befintliga infrastruktur med fokus på hållbarhet, effektivitet och skalbarhet, samt bidra med lösningar som främjar PE:s långsiktiga mål.

Ansvara för drift och underhåll av vår IT-infrastruktur, inklusive VMware, Windows Server, Microsoft 365 och Microsoft Azure.Identifiera och implementera förbättringar i vår molnmiljö (hybrid) för att maximera verksamhetens effektivitet och IT säkerhet.Samverka med andra avdelningar för att säkerställa att IT-lösningar effektivt stödjer deras verksamhetsmål och PE:s övergripande vision.Delta i digitaliserings- och transformationsinitiativ för att optimera vår IT-landskap och säkerställa att IT infrastrukturen stödja företagets mål.Bidra och vidareutveckla vår IT arkitektur så att den är redo att möta framtida behov.Säkerställa att IT-infrastrukturen uppfyller höga säkerhetsstandarder och efterlever best practices.Hålla sig uppdaterad om marknadstrender och nya teknologier som kan förbättra PE:s digitala tjänster och infrastruktur.

Din bakgrund och kravprofil

Högskoleexamen eller motsvarande arbetslivserfarenhet inom IT, datavetenskap eller närliggande område.Minst 5 års erfarenhet av IT-infrastruktur, inklusive VMware, Windows Server och Microsoft Azure.Gedigen kunskap inom Microsoft 365, Intune och Active Directory.Erfarenhet av IT arkitektur.Goda kunskaper i PowerShell eller andra skriptspråk för automatisering och hantering av IT-system.Erfarenhet av molntjänster och hybridmiljöer.Förmåga att självständigt driva förbättringsinitiativ och lösa komplexa tekniska problem.Erfarenhet av att delta i projekt och samarbeta med team tvärfunktionellt.Stark problemlösningsförmåga och ett systematiskt tankesätt, med förmåga att prioritera arbete utifrån verksamhetens behov, även i pressade situationer.Flytande i svenska eller engelska, både i tal och skrift. Grundläggande kunskaper i svenska krävs.

Bonus men inget krav

Certifieringar inom Microsoft 365 och Azure.Erfarenhet IT-arkitektur (t.ex. TOGAF).
