Summary:

The PACS director will perform the execution of the Europe overall strategic direction through local initiatives within the area of public affairs, sustainability and communications in the Swedish market. Key responsibilities include developing and executing 360 integrated communication plans and developing value-added relations with media as well as other key stakeholder groups including government and regulatory bodies, non-governmental organizations, customers and consumers. Holder of the role will also be expected to provide functional thought leadership for local market and lead Incident Management & Crisis Resolution (IMCR) process in partnership with the Bottler. This is a role that requires strong communications and stakeholder management skills and ability to work in a networked manner. 

What You’ll Do for Us: 
• Strategic planning and implementation of key corporate brand and ESG communication plans, PA strategy and planning, reputation programs, sponsorships, partnership and its strategic leveraging with mass media and stakeholders;
• Ensure proper business planning process and timely implementation for all reputation related projects (company/brand/category);
• Lead, advise and partner with the bottler CCEP on the strategic initiatives to build system trust.

Communications: 
• Planning and managing the implementation of brand communication plans in the market with local media and influencers;
• Implementing corporate communications plans amplifying Europe and local initiatives;
• Supporting Coca-Cola’s presence during key conferences;
• Communicating the company’s story on social media and digital platforms to strengthen the company’s reputation by creating relevant content, ensuring the company website and social networks are refreshed and up-to-date, and reflect system-wide initiatives;
• Leading internal communications based on strategy and content.

Media Relations: 
• Managing the local business stories;
• Representing the Company’s official position in the mass media as a Company’s spokesperson and managing required content so that other company spokespeople can engage with local media as needed;
• Keeping top level relationships with editorial staff of target media outlets to make sure that a two-way information flow remains uninterrupted and smooth.

Stakeholder Relations: 
• Managing key stakeholder relations including government and regulatory bodies, non-governmental organizations and customers;
• Regulatory monitoring and stakeholder mapping;
• Developing strategies, mitigating regulatory risks and issues ensuring business continuity and implementing a systematic and on-going stakeholder engagement plan;
• Representing TCCC in business and professional associations, external meetings and acts as TCCC primary spokesperson.

ESG programs:
• Adapting to local reality the Europe OU sustainability strategy and defining local System initiatives to further enhancing our Sustainability efforts; 
• Managing the conversation with key opinion leaders and NGO’s ; 
• Leads local community programs and activities in alignment with the community strategy outlined by Europe OU. 

Crisis Management: 
• Managing IMCR; coordinating with our bottler, the Europe OU crisis team and Corporate.
• Providing advise/heads up to management team on issues, sensitive to media and public that may affect the Coca-Cola system.

Qualifications & Requirements: 
• 10+ years of professional Communications and Public Affairs experience
• Technical knowledge on Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability
• Swedish language (native), Advanced English – both speaking and writing
• Stakeholder relations management
• Ability to work with the external very high-level audiences
• Develop unique ideas that can be used to address business issues and improve the organization
