Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality customer support to Swedish-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
  • Address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information in a professional manner.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback to aid in service improvement.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and share best practices.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to assist customers efficiently.
  • Engage in training and development opportunities to improve your skills and support the team’s success.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Previous experience in customer service or support roles is an advantage.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new cultural experience.
  • Motivated, proactive, and committed to delivering exceptional service.
  • Familiarity with customer support tools and technologies is beneficial.
