The role of the Resilience Officer is to coordinate and manage the Bank’s resilience strategy, governance, and to support the Bank in the development and testing of continuity plans and resilience per design to build a resilient organization.

You will be part of the Information Security team to support in risk and threat analysis of the Bank and other areas that is of top priority for the Bank and under the responsibility of the CISO.

This is an onsite position located at Ikano Bank’s office in Malmö or Stockholm, Sweden.

Main responsibilities:

  • Defining the Bank’s digital operational resilience strategy
  • Establishing and developing the Bank’s governing resilience documents
  • Lead the organizations resilience work including conducting Business Impact Assessments
  • Coordinate resilience testing strategy and execution
  • Ensuring resilience related compliance within the Bank
  • Education and awareness
  • Supporting and coordinating resilience and BCM related audits
  • Managing and coordinating Crisis Management
  • Conduct and manage status reporting to key stakeholders
  • Coordinate regulatory reporting
  • Coordinating audit and issue management covering this domain
Are you the one for Ikano?

We are looking for someone with the following experience and professional skills:

  • Strong knowledge & experience of Resilience, BCM, Crisis Management, IT continuity, and DRP
  • Being capable of searching out, establishing, and managing relevant relationships within the Bank
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to influence and build credibility as a peer
  • Experience and competence in documentation and visualization, working with goals and roadmaps
  • Structured and analytical with logical thinking approach on troubleshooting.
  • Be able to work both individually, independently and as a team
  • Relevant certifications or demonstrated skills working with BCM and continuity at large
  • Relevant certifications or demonstrated skills working with Crisis Management at large
  • Knowledge in Compliance and Regulatory & Contractual Frameworks such as FFFS, EBA ICT, and DORA
  • Excellent verbal and writing communication skills in Swedish & English
  • 3 or more years of progressive BCM and Continuity experience, ideally in an outsourced environment & multi-vendor environment
  • Knowledge and experience from the financial sector
