Logivity is a digital network powered by blockchain technology that ensures data integrity, secures a single source of truth, and facilitates value exchange within the system. By connecting various stakeholders in the transport industry, such as shippers, carriers, and service providers, Logivity offers a range of services while also providing the opportunity to create and offer your own services on the network. Today we are a team of 20+ people and have plans to grow within the coming years.
 

What you will do

As the Head of Technology Innovation of Logivity, you will play a vital role in driving our company's success. You will be responsible for our digital strategy and execution, as well as supporting our commercialization and operations. You will lead, mentor, and inspire multidisciplinary products teams including product owner, designers, architects and developers. In addition, you will also develop architecture and digital capabilities. 

 
Your expertise will be essential in designing and implementing a digital operating model, including governance processes that fulfill corporate, commercial, and regulatory requirements. We are seeking a hands-on, creative, and collaborative person to help us build our business and achieve our ambitious goals. 

 
You will report to the CEO and have the financial responsibility as well manage contract, licenses etc. This is an exciting opportunity for a visionary and dynamic Head of Technology & Innovation who is ready to contribute to a growing and innovative company.

To succeed in this role, we believe that you: 
 

Have extended experience in related leadership roles Are a senior enterprise architect with experience in blockchain and microservice architecture. Have experience from companies within the logistic and transportation sector Have excellent analytical, strategic conceptual thinking Are result and action oriented, with ability to switch from strategic thinking to hands-on IT work Have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain digital concepts and technologies to business leaders
