As we continue to grow we are looking for a German speaking Financial Associate to support the accounts payable process for our operations in the DACH-region for the coming 12 months. YOUR MISSION AT VOI

As Financial Associate you will independently manage the accounts payable process end-to-end for the DACH-region and collaborate closely with the rest of the finance function to make sure the financial results are reported accurately, timely and in compliance with local regulations. This will include:

Managing the accounts payable process and ensuring that the coding of invoices is accurateObtaining approval from different business units within set deadlinesProcessing payment runs and bank reconciliations for multiple bank accountsReview employee expenses and ensure appropriate documentation and codingMaintain Vendor Master data in the ERP-system (Netsuite)Prepare and answer for balance sheet reconciliations related to accounts payableReconciling vendor accounts and statementsCollaborate closely with the rest of the finance function to implement efficient processes, and support in monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting and external audits

WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK

We are looking for a thorough finance professional with the ability to manage effective communication with a large number of stakeholders and solve problems independently. In addition to being fluent in English and German we believe the right person has:

Bachelor's degrees (or Higher Vocational Education) within business administration, finance or similarExperience working independently with the AP-process, from data capture to payments and reconciliationExcellent skills in Excel and/or Google SheetsGood understanding of different systems, eg. AP-systems (Medius) or ERP-systems (Netsuite)Experience with managing vendor master data is a merit
