Om tjänsten

Till vår skatteavdelning i Stockholm söker vi en Tax Quality Administrator och du kommer ha en viktig roll hos oss. Du kommer att stötta teamet i ett flertal uppgifter med stort fokus på den reglerade process som BDO har när det kommer till kunder och nya uppdrag. I rollen arbetar du självständigt och utgår ifrån beslutade riktlinjer, givna lagar och förordningar. Rollen innebär också mycket interna samarbeten inom avdelningen men även med kollegor inom områden som Risk Management och Legal. Du kommer arbeta verksamhetsnära i denna roll och tillhöra skatteavdelningen i region öst som idag består av 23 medarbetare. I din roll kommer du a

  • Uppdatera, samla in och analysera KYC-information
  • Kontakta kunder för att inhämta relevanta underlag
  • Upprätta uppdragsbrev
  • Genomföra interna oberoendekontroller avseende internationella och nationella klienter
  • Utreda ägande och beneficial owners samt genomföra kontroller av kunder mot PEP (Politically Exposed Persons) och sanktionslistor.
  • Assistera med ansökan om byråanstånd
  • Hålla interna utbildningar av administrativa verktyg för nyanställda

Även andra uppgifter av administrativ karaktär kan ingå i rollen.

Vi söker dig som

  • Har relevant utbildning och/eller arbetslivserfarenhet från liknande uppgifter
  • Har god datorvana, meriterande om du har erfarenhet av CRM-system och/eller Hogia Point
  • Meriterande om du har god förståelse för riskhantering inom revisionsbyrå eller liknande verksamhet
  • Du har en god förmåga både i det svenska och engelska språket, såväl i tal som skrift. Detta då BDO är del av ett internationellt revisionsnätverk och våra kunder och leverantörer verkar till stora delar globalt.

Som person är du snabblärd och serviceinriktad och du tycker om att arbeta nära verksamheten för att på bästa sätt stötta dina kollegor i det dagliga arbetet. Vi ser att du har ett starkt eget driv och har en god förmåga att arbeta under regelverk. För att du ska trivas i rollen är det av stor vikt att ha förmågan att kombinera effektivitet med bibehållen kvalité samt hög grad av egen struktur i arbetet. Du har lätt att anpassa dig efter förändringar och olika arbetsprocesser och du förstår betydelsen av KYC-arbete och att arbeta med sekretessbelagd information.
