Portfolio analyst

The Role

As a Portfolio Analyst, you will be instrumental in our Research and Development (R&D) portfolio planning efforts. Your responsibilities will include overseeing all ongoing projects, strategizing for future initiatives, and ensuring adherence to established project structures within Jira. This entails meticulous project creation, accurate structuring, and precise breakdowns into features and epics, along with meticulous monitoring of their statuses in Jira to facilitate timely project deliveries. Additionally, you will swiftly assess the impact of shifting priorities on ongoing projects.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, a deep understanding of Jira workflows, proficiency in Excel and PowerBI, and a keen eye for detail. System knowledge, especially regarding the teams affected, and strong interpersonal skills are also vital, given the need for effective relationship management during shifting priorities and project interruptions.
