As a member of the Analytical Performance group, you will work cross functional to ensure that all allergy products have stability and analytical performance data to support product claims and for global registration. You will be involved both in studies of new and updated products within the allergy portfolio as well as ensuring that the products we have on the market has performance data that meets all requirements from global authorities.

What will you do?

Plan, perform and evaluate experimental work. Mainly performance studies (including stability studies).

Writing performance reports

Support the department by performing immunoassays

Support and collaborate with our regulatory department regarding performance data for product registration

Actively participate in the group's quality work and business development.

How will you get here?

Education:

Applicants should have a Bachelor/Master of Science degree, or equivalent work experience, in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Immunology or equivalent.

Experience:

Strong hands-on laboratory experience including laboratory documentation

Experience with Immunoassays is desirable

Experience using Phadia 250 or Phadia 1000 system and from laboratory work in a
regulated environment (QSR/ISO13485) is seen as a merit

Ability to write procedures and instructions is seen as a merit

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

Proven experience and knowledge of laboratory work.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written).

Individual must work well in a team environment and be adaptable to changes in priorities.

Aptitude for writing/documenting.

Is reliable and meticulous and is efficiently prioritizing and planning your work.

Self-motivated, organized and with a mindset for quality.

Is proficient in Swedish and English (both written and oral).
