What's the role?

In this exciting role, you’ll be managing project timelines, coordinating with engineering and production teams, and ensuring that all vehicle specifications align with project requirements and industry standards. The ideal candidate will possess a mix of technical knowledge, project management expertise, and meticulous attention to detail, with a focus on adapting standard HAUVs to meet specific project needs.

  • Oversee the complete delivery process, ensuring all vehicles comply with quality and safety standards prior to delivery.
  • Develop detailed delivery plans, covering schedules, resource allocation, and budget management.
  • Conduct regular reviews and updates with stakeholders to provide transparency on project progress and milestones.
  • Coordinate with engineering, production, and project management teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and timelines.
  • Act as the main point of contact during the vehicle build process, offering updates and addressing any concerns.
  • Ensure maintenance routines are successfully carried out while in ownership of a vehicle.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance delivery processes and implement best practices.
  • Collaborate with the R&D team to refine product features based on client feedback and operational experiences.

Requirements

What we’re looking for:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical project or vehicle delivery management, preferably within the marine or subsea industry.
  • Strong understanding of autonomous underwater vehicle technologies and operational practices.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support delivery activities.
