Für die Vattenfall GmbH, Staff Function People & Culture, Bereich Industrial Relations, suchen wir ab sofort eine:n ambitionierte:n  Referent:in Compliance People & Culture am Standort Berlin  oder Hamburg .

In dieser Rolle trägst Du für die Einhaltung gesetzlicher Bestimmungen und bestehender Regelwerke innerhalb des Konzerns Sorge. Dazu entwickelst und implementierst Du ein HR Compliance Management System, bist beratend tätig, erstellst Risikoanalysen sowie Berichte und führst Trainings durch. Als Referent:in Compliance People & Culture berichtest Du direkt an den Head of Industrial Relations.

Deine Rolle als Referent:in Compliance People & Culture

Entwicklung, Einführung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung eines standardisierten HR Compliance Management Systems für den gesamten deutschen Vattenfall Konzern Unterstützung der Konzerngesellschaften bei der Implementierung, Umsetzung und Einhaltung von HR Compliance Prozessen Erarbeitung und Umsetzung risikominimierender Maßnahmen einschließlich der Etablierung geeigneter Kontrollmechanismen Überprüfung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Bestimmungen und bestehender Regelwerke mit Fokus auf HR Compliance Durchführung regelmäßiger Risikoanalysen (sog. Audits) Aufnahme und Bewertung von Hinweisen zu möglichen HR Compliance Verstößen Vorbereitung individueller Compliance Berichte und Präsentationen sowie Dokumentenverwaltung Beratung von HR Mitarbeitenden, Management und Vorständen / Geschäftsführenden zu allen relevanten HR Compliance Themen Konzeption und Durchführung von zielgruppengerechten HR Compliance Schulungen und Workshops inklusive der Erstellung entsprechender Unterlagen

Dein Profil als Referent:in Compliance People & Culture

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften (wünschenswert mit Schwerpunkt Arbeitsrecht/ Compliance und/ oder betriebswirtschaftlicher Zusatzqualifikation) Erste Erfahrung im Bereich HR Compliance Know How bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Schulungen und Workshops Persönliche Integrität Sicheres Auftreten, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Kommunikationsstärke – mündlich sowie schriftlich (in deutscher Sprache) bis zur Ebene der Geschäftsführung und des Vorstandes Analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise Hohe Flexibilität und Einsatzbereitschaft Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office Programmen, SAP HR Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
