Vi söker nu en driven och passionerad medarbetare till vårt Inhouse Sales och Meeting & Event Team.

Tjänsten innefattar försäljning av främst konferenser/event, grupplogi, även individuell logi och paket förekommer, samt mat & dryck i enlighet med kedjans koncept och villkor. Du ska vara drivande i hela bokningsförloppet, från att offerera till detaljplanering, uppföljning och fakturering. Ha god förståelse för bokarens önskemål och förutse kundens behov.

HUVUDSAKLIGA ARBETSUPPGIFTER

  • Ta emot förfrågningar och skapa attraktiva offerter.
  • Kunna inspirera och ha en rådgivande roll i våra kundkontakter. 
  • Bokning av grupper och konferenser i vårt bokningssystem
  • Arbeta i relaterade revenue - och prissättningssystem.
  • Avstämning, uppföljning inför fakturering av genomförda bokningar
  • Inhouse försäljning – bring back old business
  • Deltaga i kundmöten och visningar
  • Vara väl insatta i revenue managment och avdelningens uppsatta mål, samt arbeta aktivt för att nå dessa.
  • Det kan förekomma resande i rollen för kundmöten och stödja Sales Managers


VI SÖKER DIG SOM

  • Har flerårig erfarenhet från liknande tjänst.
  • Är gästfokuserad med en naturlig Yes I Can attityd gentemot gäster och kollegor
  • Är säljinriktad med stort intresse av att skapa kontakter och driva merförsäljning samt återköp
  • Har god vana av hotellbokningssystem
  • Har erfarenhet att arbeta i Microsoft officepaket
  • Är en god organisatör, flexibel och öppen för förändringar.
  • Är lojal, kreativ och noggrann med en hög kvalitetsmedvetenhet.
  • Är duktig på att samarbeta och samtidigt känna dig trygg i att ta egna beslut.
  • Har goda språkkunskaper i svenska och engelska i tal såväl som skrift.
