Role Description

As a Swedish-speaking Technical Support, you'll be the go-to person for our customers when they're facing technical challenges. You'll take the lead in resolving their issues, guiding them through the process step-by-step in a language they're comfortable with. You'll also be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the computer systems and networks within our organization. Keep in mind, this isn't your typical 9-5 job - you'll be working in a vibrant, energetic environment that thrives on innovation and collaboration.

Requirements
