We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Senior Export & Supply Planner to join our team in our headquarter in Stockholm, Sweden. As the Senior Export & Supply Planner you will collaborate with the rest of the MTO supply team and be responsible for the MTO Supply Chain with partners in over 70 countries. You will work closely with the commercial organisation to drive supply chain excellence towards our partners as well as drive internal operational performance.

• Operational responsibility for the End-to-end planning of the “make to order” process in regards to a recently acquired brand
• Taking full control from order placement to deliveries of the Lamisil products world-wide
• Report on and optimize KPI’s (On Time In Full) and work together with the team to improve data and presentation
• Develop a sustainable MTO operational model fit for growth since we are constantly onboarding new distributors worldwide and new portfolio’s
• Ensure close collaboration with other internal stakeholders like Artwork, Regulatory, Quality, Finance, Sales, etc.
• Support in various project like upcoming warehouse moves, technical transfers from CMO’s, etc.
• Coach and support the team in further developing and improving our processes, be a driver for change

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations, logistics, engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Supply Chain related roles, preferably including a management/leading position
• Strong communication skills with different stakeholders including distributors, suppliers and team members
• Sufficient experience in ERP and forecasting systems (SO99, IFS or SAP are preferred)
• Excellent analytical, data driven and problem-solving approach
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners
• Passionate to improve and join a dynamic and fast growing journey
