ServiceNow is one of the leading IT Service Management platforms and a focus area for Tietoevry in the Nordic market.

We are now looking for Swedish speaking ServiceNow Implementation Specialists/Developers to implement ServiceNow in client facing roles.

Key responsibilities involved:

oImplement ServiceNow modules ITSM for our customers in on-premise environment.

oAble to implement integration using REST API or any other standard integration platforms available.

oContribute as ServiceNow developer in projects ranging from simple to complex.

oAnalyze and resolve production issues around implemented solution based on ServiceNow.

oHandle code migration from development to test to production instances of ServiceNow.

oSupport end users with queries around ServiceNow based implemented solution.
 

We expect you to have:

oCertified ServiceNow Administrator with preferably ITSM Implementation Specialist

oMinimum 2 years of experience in ServiceNow developer / support role

oStrong technical knowledge about ServiceNow ITSM module

oProven track record working in ServiceNow platform as technical consultant.

oAnalyses and improves current implementation and solutions. Is able to explain and present new ideas and solutions.

o Able to communicate well in Swedish and English
