The position

As a Digital Product Manager (DPM) for our Developer Portal, your role will be to manage a strategically important product, designed to attract partners and developers to join our eco-system. You will be driving the product roadmap and making sure the portal meets expectations from business stakeholder as well as developers and other user. With focus on the developer experience, efficient onboarding and partner collaboration, you will drive the product to align with the vision through all stages of its lifecycle, including budget forecasting and follow-up, ensuring great value. 

Some of your responsibilities will entail: 

Roadmap & Backlog: In close dialogue with stakeholders from our different business areas and with their input prioritize the team’s back log and align roadmaps. You will make sure that the team understand our users’ needs, our business strategy, objectives and technology. 

Collaboration and Communication: You will act as a bridge between the business stakeholders and the development team. You will be working in a social environment which requires you to be a communicative and an outgoing person with good abilities in building and maintaining strong relationships.

Ownership: You will manage and support the development team, while displaying owner’s mentality. You will drive the work to continuously improve the team’s ways of working. You will maintain a close dialogue with your team manager to support the growth and development of team members. Furthermore, you will regularly touch base with your manager regarding the vision and budget of the team to align strategic priorities.

Functional Leader:  You will lead, plan and report the ongoing work in relevant foras and communities. In the team you will also drive requirements together with the Business Analyst, the team and the stakeholders. You will contribute and drive common topics in the product team and the Digital Product Manager fora.

You will be part of the Developer Portal & Partner relations team. We are a team of Developers, UX, BA, Architect, Technical Writers, Partner Lead’s, Service designers and Digital Product Managers who work together to create great results. We are of course using the up-to-date technologies delivering a modern micro service based service platform hosted in the cloud. We use agile methods and are adopting the SecDevOps model. We want to set a new standard for user experience, speed to market and customer value. We will do this through modern leadership, people in focus and a true passion to really make a difference. We have a lot of fun, are great collaborators and we all consider ourselves as leaders of our work and owners of our results.

Our main hub and headquarter is in Lindholmen Science Park in Gothenburg, a vibrant area that lives and breathes new technology like IoT, autonomous driving, electro mobility and digitalization.

Your profile
Most important of all is your personality and desire to drive a product and develop well prepared concepts. We believe that you have several years’ experience from working within a field close to or within Product Management. You are used to taking responsibility and have the ability to communicate on different levels and with different kinds of people. 

We also believe you have:
A university degree in a relevant field, experience from agile ways of working and are familiar with SAFe. Apply a structured way of working with a strong drive to make things happen and establish good relationships across the organization. Experience from the automotive industry is considered beneficial. Great knowledge and ability to create and present product roadmaps and statuses. 

Have a valid work-permit for Sweden, if not EU-citizen. Fluent in Swedish and English – both written and spoken.
