As we continue to expand, the complexity of Instabee grows in parallel. With that in mind, we’re now looking for you to help us on the journey ahead.

About the Role

Exciting opportunities await as we are seeking a Customer Service Team Manager for Sweden at Instabee. In this key position, you will lead the department and operations within your area of responsibility, aligning with Instabee's long-term strategies and goals. Our team is continuously growing, so this position will be the fourth Team Manager role within the Customer service team.
This role involves active collaboration with other stakeholders at the company to share knowledge and achieve our objectives. This is to ensure that we can give all of our consumers the best experience when being in contact with us.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach your team in their respective assignments within the Customer Service team.

  • Ensure that all agents in your team give the best service in all interactions with our consumers.

  • Managing quality of customer service via QA, training, and quality controls.

  • Ensure compliance with the business's processes based on the business's needs, goals and central guidelines.

  • Ensure that the organisation within its area of responsibility has the right resources and competencies to carry out the set goals.

  • Handle labor law questions with the other Team Managers and with help from our local HR business partner.


About you

  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving and time management.

  • Strive for continuous improvement.

  • Have at least six years of experience working in Customer Service or similar roles where you have a lot of interactions with consumers.

  • Have at least two years of experience in leading a team.

  • Be able to cooperate with the other Team Managers to reach the department's goals.

  • Fluent in Swedish and English.
