We are looking for a Capacity Planner to support Financial Crime Intelligence Investigations and Analytics (FCIIA) in Group Financial Crime Prevention (GFCP). This is an opportunity for you to be part of one of the most exciting and challenging areas within Nordea helping us fight financial crime.

About this opportunity

FCIIA undertakes intelligence and investigational based projects, by teams based across the Nordics and Estonia. As the Capacity Planner, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that the project-based reviews undertaken by FCIIA are planned, initiated, escalated and delivered in an effective manner and in accordance with predetermined timeframes. You will work with the unit’s intelligence and investigation teams to bolster the unit’s capacity planning capability, ensuring, optimal resource allocation, accurate forecasting, stronger MI-reporting and effective capacity monitoring. 

What you’ll be doing:

Collaborate with the Intelligence and Investigations teams to understand their current and future capacity and investigation priorities Utilize predictive KPIs and forecasts to anticipate workload fluctuations and allocate resources effectively Maintain and update forecasting data models based on input provided by FCIIA to ensure accurate projections Address ad-hoc data analysis requests from stakeholders Develop and deliver timely and informative reports on investigation trends, KPIs, and resource utilization to management Stay attuned to industry regulations and best practices, ensuring that resource allocation and forecasting strategies remain compliant Develop and refine tools and methodologies related to data and reporting to support FCIIA and other stakeholders’ common goals and objectives

The role is based in Stockholm, Helsinki or Tallin.

Have a structured and result-oriented approach to work, with the ability to manage and plan multiple objectives Have 3 years experience and a proven track record in capacity planning and project management Have excellent communication and presentation skills Have facilitation and problem-solving skills, including the ability to break down initiatives into concrete tasks and plan for execution Are comfortable working with various types of data that may be stored in disparate systems Are confident to engage with a variety of stakeholders, and enjoy networking and collaboration Have a high proficiency in English, both spoken and written
