MRO Coordinator

What you’ll do:

Ensure the supply within the minimum and optimal of spare parts and consumables registered in the MRO warehouse to reduce the effects due to lack of material. Manage cells and machinery in L2L to keep the system updated. Keep adequate quantities of parts and consumables in inventory. Register the spare parts and consumables in L2L that users enter. Register, cancel and move cells and machines in L2L that users request. Update KPIs of the area to maintain control of the area. Update L2L and JDE against cycle counts ensuring that physical quantities are equal to system quantities. Analyze and generate action plans for the events of lack of spare parts and consumables. Notify established minimum inventories of consumables and spare parts to the user to avoid risks in the operation Participate in improvement projects in the area through workshops. Manage MRO warehouse personnel (role of shifts, vacations, projects, daily activities, etc.)

What is required:

Education: Technical bachelor or equivalent. Experience: 1 year of experience as warehouse leader. Knowledges/Skills: MRO Warehouse Management, Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Handling the L2L system, Management of the JDE system, Personnel and Supplier management. Drive customer focus, manage execution and ensure accountability.
