Compliance and Revisions Professional

für die Standorte Berlin  oder  Hamburg .

Ihre Hauptverantwortung besteht in der Überwachung und Koordination der gerichtsfesten Organisation der Gesellschaft und des Durchführens von Audits in den Fachbereichen der Vattenfall Europe Sales GmbH, ggf. auch extern.

Zudem bearbeiten Sie Betrugsfälle im Zusammenhang mit Kunden, Lieferanten und Beschäftigten, analysieren diese Vorfälle und stärken die Prävention.

Ihre Herausforderungen

Weiterentwicklung und Dokumentation der rechtssicheren Organisation Durchführung von Audits zur Sicherstellung der Regelkonformität und Prozessoptimierung Vertretung als Schnittstelle zwischen dem Unternehmen, der Rechtsabteilung und externen Kanzleien zur Koordination und Überwachung gerichtlicher Verfahren Ausbau des Compliance Managementsystems Untersuchung und Identifikation prozessualer Schwachstellen sowie Bewertung und Ableitung von Maßnahmen zur Risikoreduzierung Leitung und Durchführung abteilungsübergreifender Ermittlungsverfahren Erstellung von Berichten zu aktuellen Fällen für die Geschäftsführung

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossenes fachspezifisches Hochschulstudium oder vergleichbarer Abschluss Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Jurist: in, Wirtschaftsprüfer: in oder Revisor: in wünschenswert Berufserfahrung in der Umsetzung gesetzlicher Vorgaben und in der dauerhaften Sicherstellung der Compliance Sehr gutes Verständnis aller relevanten Vertriebs- und Querschnittsprozesse Gründliche Kenntnisse in finanzwirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen Sicherer Umgang mit fachrelevanter Software und Bürosoftware (Office ) Effektive Kommunikations- und Kooperationsfähigkeiten Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten Freude an datenbasierten Aufgaben und Lösungsorientierung Hohes persönliches Engagement, Zuverlässigkeit und Belastbarkeit Bereitschaft, Neues zu lernen und sich kontinuierlich weiterzubilden Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
