Our agileHome Care, I&I business unit is seeking an experienced marketing specialistfor our Industry Market Management to cover a maternity leave position in theMarket Categories team. As a key player in our international team, you'll havethe opportunity to collaborate across the EMEA region, working closely with ourIndustry Market Managers (IMMs) to drive impactful marketing strategies andinitiatives. With a wide network of opportunities and a focus on enhancingbrand presence and market positioning, this role offers the chance to make asignificant impact. YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and lead the marketing strategy for the Home Care, I&I EMEA Division, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives. Collaborate with global counterparts to align marketing efforts and achieve strategic goals across regions. Spearhead initiatives to enhance brand presence and market positioning in the EMEA region, leveraging innovative marketing approaches. Drive promotional activities to maximize impact and engagement with target audiences, optimizing marketing channels for effectiveness. Curate compelling content across multiple platforms to keep stakeholders informed and engaged, ensuring consistency and relevance. Coordinate memorable events, both digital and physical, to foster relationships and drive sales, creating impactful experiences for stakeholders. Strengthen collaborations with suppliers, facilitating direct communication.

YOUR PROFILE

Strong background in marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies. Expertise in digital tools and platforms, with the ability to leverage them effectively for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Proficiency in using professional marketing tools and software to create engaging content, analyze data, and optimize campaigns. Ability to think strategically and align marketing efforts with broader business goals and objectives. Innovative mindset with the ability to generate creative ideas and solutions to drive engagement and differentiation in the market. Strong team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively. Strong analytical skills to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and market dynamics in a fast-paced environment. In-depth understanding of the chemistry within the Home Care, I&I industry, which is a valuable asset for strategic marketing initiatives, though not mandatory for the role.
