Nu förstärker vi vårt team i Skellefteå med en Engineering manager till avdelningen Mechanical Engineering – en spännande roll för dig med drivkraft, engagemang och god kommunikativ förmåga.

Som Engineering Manager kommer du att utföra ingenjörstjänster inom affärsområdet Metals. Huvudsakligen handlar det om offertarbete, produktutveckling, produktifiering och leveransprojekt i olika former. Det är allt från egna små konsultuppdrag till leverans av kompletta anläggningar.

I dina uppdrag kommer du koordinera ditt och andra discipliners arbete tillsammans med andra team samt sammanställa dokumentation och leveranser. Arbetet är ett teamwork, och allt handlar om att få arbetet gjort – tillsammans.
Beroende på uppdragets omfattning kan det även krävas att utföra verkstads- och kundbesök.

Internt kommer även en viktig del av ditt arbete vara att bidra till att utveckla och upprätthålla rutiner.

Vi tror att du har en högskole- eller civilingenjörsexamen med inriktning mot maskinkonstruktion eller liknande och har betydande erfarenhet av konstruktion för industriella anläggningsprojekt. Det är viktigt att du besitter goda datorkunskaper i Microsoft Office, samt i konstruktionsapplikationer som används inom disciplinens arbete. Du arbetar proaktivt och strukturerat samt har god kommunikationsförmåga i både tal och skrift på såväl svenska som engelska. Dina personliga egenskaper gör det naturligt för dig att motivera och leda team och påverka olika intressenter. Du är flexibel, prestigelös och är villig att hugga i där det behövs.

Eftersom våra kunder finns runt om i världen så ingår resande i tjänsten, såväl inrikes som utrikes. Har du erfarenhet av att ha arbetat operativt inom processindustrin, framför allt smältverk, så är det meriterande.
