• Provide outstanding customer support to Swedish-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information efficiently to enhance the customer experience.
• Document customer interactions and feedback to contribute to service improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and enhance overall service delivery.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to assist customers accurately.
• Engage in ongoing training and development activities to improve your skills and support the team’s success.

Requirements

• Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Previous experience in customer service or support roles is an advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new culture and environment.
• Motivated, proactive, and committed to delivering exceptional service.
• Familiarity with customer support tools and technologies is beneficial.
