About the role

In this role, you'll work side-by-side with the founder and CEO of Brite Payments, running projects on her behalf, managing her schedule, coordinating key meetings, and ensuring smooth operations of her day-to-day activities. If you're a sharp, detail-oriented professional who thrives in dynamic environments and loves taking initiative, we encourage you to apply 

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with the CEO to support all aspects of her daily work routine

  • Lead and coordinate projects on her behalf in close alliance with the Chief of Staff

  • Full calendar management for the CEO, including scheduling meetings, appointments and all travel arrangements

  • Organise and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings, sharing meeting materials with participants and following up on deliveries

  • Managing email and other correspondence on the CEO’s behalf

  • Planning and coordinating the CEO’s attendance and speaking engagements at conferences and events together with the Communications team

  • Support in the organisation of gifts and entertainment

  • Other assignments and projects as directed by the CEO

What we are looking for

We’re looking for a detail-oriented self-starter who exhibits sound judgement with the ability to prioritise and make decisions. The ideal candidate has the following characteristics and competencies:

  • A team player capable of cultivating productive working relationships across the business

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Very well organised with an ability to prioritise and execute effectively

  • Proven project management skills and a solution-orientated approach to problems

  • Exceptional attention to detail, high levels of accuracy and strong time management

  • An ability to manage both internal and external stakeholders

  • Highest degree of integrity and ability to handle sensitive information with utmost discretion

  • Resourceful, can-do attitude

  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

  • Strong written and spoken English. German or French are a bonus

  • Relevant work experience with a minimum of three years spent in an Executive Assistant role

  • Excellent G-Suite or MS Office skills
