Om Rollen

Som Financial Controller hos oss kommer du a

  • Ansvara för den ekonomiska förvaltningen av flera fastigheter och bolag.
  • Upprätta rapportering enligt IFRS.
  • Kommunicera med uppdragsgivare, revisorer, banker, skattepartners och andra intressenter.
  • Leda vårt interna ekonomiteam och ingå i uppdragsledning för ditt/dina uppdrag.
  • Ansvara för månads- och årsbokslut.
  • Utveckla rapporteringsmallar och sätta upp affärssystem för våra uppdrag.
  • Delta i cashflow- och likviditetsplanering.
  • Vara delaktig i transaktioner.
  • Om du inte redan kan koncernredovisning kommer du få lära dig och på sikt ansvara för att upprätta koncernredovisning.

Din Profil

Vi söker dig som:

  • Har erfarenhet inom redovisning och rapportering enligt IFRS, med starkt meriterande erfarenhet från revisionsbranschen.
  • Har en akademisk utbildning inom ekonomi och behärskar svenska och engelska i tal och skrift.
  • Är serviceinriktad, organiserad och bra på att prioritera ditt arbete.
  • Erfarenhet inom fastighetsbranschen är meriterande, men inget krav.

Du kommer att utgå från Västerås, där vi sitter i fräscha och ljusa lokaler nära centralstationen. Vi tillämpar hybridarbete.
