Job Overview:

Belmont Lavan Ltd is in search of a Facility Project Manager to steer facility-related projects effectively. This role is crucial for ensuring that all projects are executed efficiently, adhering to timelines, budgets, and quality specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage facility projects from planning through execution and completion.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with various internal departments and external vendors for seamless project delivery.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and feasibility assessments to mitigate potential risks.
  • Ensure all construction and maintenance activities meet regulatory and safety standards.
  • Monitor project progression, adjusting plans as necessary to stay on target and within budget.
  • Prepare detailed reports on project status for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Foster teamwork and communication across all project participants to support project objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Facility Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience managing facility projects or in related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of facility management processes and tools.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Superb communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing diverse teams.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 5+ years of experience in project management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
