Act as primary, trustworthy point of contact for employees and managers, addressing HR procedures, systems, and tools. Oversee comprehensive People administration, emphasizing compliance and efficient processes, while also ensuring the smooth execution of end-to-end people and payroll processes. Work with a diverse range of stakeholders at different levels within the organization and manage various day-to-day administative tasks within the entire HR-field.

Skill requirements:

Proven experience in payroll and HR processes.

A result-oriented, self-starting attitude with a knack for digital HR solutions.

Fluency in English and Swedish.
