Du erbjuds möjligheten att utvecklas inom kundtjänst och teknisk support genom inkommande samtal och mail ifrån företagskunder. 

I rollen som kundservicemedarbetare får du vägleda företagskunder vid frågor kring faktura, felsökningar, hjälpa till att ta ut rapporter och teknisk support för Zettles olika produkter. Om du har ett tekniskt intresse och gillar att jobba både övergripande och detaljerat med support är detta den perfekta rollen för dig Det förekommer även merförsäljning i rollen, vilket passar perfekt för dig som är målinriktad och en kreativ problemlösare. 

Vi söker dig som:   

Är ansvarsfull och duktig på att jobba självständigt  Gillar att jobba mot uppsatta mål och ser det som en möjlighet till utveckling Älskar teknik och är en grym problemlösare Är flytande i tal och skrift på svenska och engelska  Har en fullständig gymnasieexamen

Arbetstider:

Du kommer att jobba varierade tider förlagt under kundtjänstens öppettider vilket är: Måndag-fredag 0817, stängt på helger samt röda dagar.

Tjänsten är på 80-100% och påbörjas som ett konsultuppdrag med en 6 månader lång provanställning för att sedan löpa vidare till en tillsvidareanställning hos kundföretaget.
