Position at GroupM Nexus Do you want to take the next step within Paid Social? As a Paid Social Strategist at GroupM, you will be part of a dedicated team and work with strategy and advertising for some of Sweden's and the world's most ambitious brands. Together with market-leading technology and in close partnership with the platforms, you will help drive the development for our clients.

Responsibilities

Responsibility and management of key accounts in social media to ensure that delivery is at the highest level  Coach junior specialists' operational work including time management to ensure client profitability  Development of best practice within the platforms  Collaboration with other disciplines to identify areas of improvement for the clients  Presentation of strategy, results, best practice and trends in our internal, client- and agency meetings  Pitch work and presentations of social media  Identify and selling in prioritized projects in social media, for example in tracking and third-party tools  Have a comprehensive understanding of GroupM’s digital offering and identify opportunities for cross sales  Drive innovation on all clients within the agency team  Campaign management and optimization in platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat, LinkedIn and TikTok  Strategy and recommendation for advertising in social media such as choice of platform, budget, KPI, target group, format, frequency, test and input on creative material  Analysis, evaluation and reporting based on defined objectives and KPIs 

Qualifications

3-4 years of experience of working full funnel in social media buying with a focus on performance, either at a media agency or with an advertiser Excellent knowledge of Meta Ads Manager High knowledge of LinkedIn, Snapchat, Pinterest and TikTok Ads Manager Broad understanding of digital channels Experience working with dashboards and third-party platforms Experience presenting in both small and large forums Experience from pitch work and case presentations High knowledge of the Office package, especially Excel University degree or relevant education in digital marketing Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written Analytical thinking, curious and driven to improve your results Attention to details, organized and works independently Thrives in team’s environment and ability to build trust in client relationships What we offer In addition to the obvious, such as good working conditions, a pleasant work environment, and exciting challenges, there are a couple of things that make it a little extra great to work here: Significant involvement and the opportunity to participate and influence your daily work Family atmosphere and close relationship between management and employees We believe that a balance between work, leisure, and personal development is important Health care allowance of 3,000 SEK/year and several attractive employee benefits through Benify Competitive pension terms and private pension advice through our partner Nordea Company health care through Feelgood and additional health insurance through Euro Accident 37.5 hours workweek and shortened working hours during the summer months Conferences, kick-offs, and other fun activities that we do together Centrally located office in the city on Birger Jarlsgatan in Stockholm or Södra Hamngatan in Gothenburg, with a hybrid policy Application and position The position is a permanent full-time employment with entry as soon as possible.
