Do you want to be part of Telia’s exciting journey towards a digital and data-driven Telco? Analytics is a key enabler in Telia’s strategy, and we are now looking for the Senior Data Engineers within our Data Services Sweden team in Stockholm. In this role, you will play an important part in Telia Company´s data driven journey by working in an ever-changing environment within the Analytics and MarTech areas enabling and facilitating key data needed.

I am Ashwani Pandita and I am head of Data Engineering within Data Services Sweden CPS Analytics in Telia Company. We are a great bunch of people, and I am super proud of every member of our team, but also very excited to extend the team with new skilled people.
Do you already have data engineering experience and are ready to work closely with the Sweden Analytics and MarTech teams? Do you want to collaborate with other Data engineers in the Data Services Sweden and be part of bigger Data Engineering community within CPS Analytics to see the wide picture of how data engineering looks like in all countries across Telia Company?
Right now, a lot is happening within our unit, we are on a big journey to implement a new hybrid cloud target architecture and building MarTech solutions within Data Services in Sweden to drive our journey enabling advanced analytics and personalized experience to our customers. To succeed, we need to shorten time to insight and build even more reliable analytical data products. This is where we need your help.

You have a solid background working as a data engineer and worked in agile teams that do development founded on a programmatic approach. We see you also contributing to the team as a positive and friendly colleague. You have an investigative and structured mindset with a good sense of problem-solving. You will be part of an exciting environment, and you manage to adapt quickly to changes in organization, priorities, technology, and working environment.
Your personal competencies:
Your Experience:
Overall 6-9 years of work experience. Implementation of one or more Enterprise Datawarehouse using AWS cloud. Hand-on experience using Glue with Spark, EKS, Python and Redshift. Hands on experience with one of the orchestration tool Airflow or perfect. Good Understanding of Data modeling techniques. Strong SQL skills and PL-SQL/T-SQL. Experience with CI/CD process. Experience with pyspark, spark and spark streaming. Good to have experience with cloud watch or similar monitoring tool. Experience with DBT. Having experience working with Martech data, initiatives and systems is a plus. Hands on serverless architecture. Experience of working in Agile set up. Degree in Computer Science or similar field.
