I rollen kommer du att vara kontaktperson för många interna team och våra kunder, och bli en central del av Konecranes fortsatta utveckling. Den här rollen öppnar möjligheter för utveckling, både på ett personligt och yrkesmässigt plan. Du får stora möjligheter att påverka rollens framtida inriktning.

Du kommer att arbeta med projekt i området kring Luleå och Boden. Rollen rapporterar till Technology & Delivery Manager.

Dina huvudsakliga ansvarsområden

Som projektledare ansvarar du för att samordna och hantera leveransen av flera projekt för att säkerställa att alla mål uppnås i rätt tid och inom budget. Du kommer att samarbeta med olika personer både internt och externt, såsom försäljningsavdelning, servicetekniker, och naturligtvis våra kunder.

Du kommer också arbeta med:

Planera, prioritera och leda projekt där nya produkter installeras hos kund. Uppföljning och rapportering av projektleverans både teknisk utveckling och ekonomiska resultat. Underhålla och utveckla relationen med kunden som deras lokala kontaktperson för Konecranes. Ansvarig för att beställa krankomponenter och interna team för att säkerställa att komponentleveranser överensstämmer med projektplaner. Leda veckovisa produktionsplaneringsmöten med såväl interna som externa team.

Vad bör du ha med dig?

Vi letar efter någon som genom ledarskap och kommunikativt tillvägagångssätt, uppnår resultat och åstadkommer förändring. Du vet vilka aktiviteter som krävs för en framgångsrik leverans. Du skapar pålitliga och långsiktiga samarbeten samtidigt som du leder projektteamet mot gemensamma mål.

Vi ser att du också har:

Erfarenhet av projektledning inom industriell miljö. God ekonomisk förståelse. Färdigheter i svenska och engelska, både talad och skriftlig. B-körkort. Tidigare erfarenhet av att arbeta i en internationell organisation är fördelaktigt. God teknisk förståelse är en fördel. Erfarenhet av Siebel, några CAD-verktyg och mekanisk/elektrisk design är positivt.

Det här är en del av vår tillväxtresa och rollen kan därför förändras över tid. Vi ser därför gärna att du är intresserad av koordinering och försäljning eftersom det kan komma att bli en inriktning i framtiden.

Du är intresserad av affärer och är motiverad att uppnå uppsatta mål. Att arbeta självständigt är naturligt för dig, men du uppskattar också teamwork. Som person är du ansvarstagande som arbetar på ett strukturerat sätt.
